Each whole gummy has 4g / 4,000 mg of mushrooms

Each piece has 0.33g / 330 mg

For Micro dosing we recommend anywhere from a 1/2 to 1 piece at most. You could even go as low as a 1/4 piece depending on your definition of Micro dosing.

For a mild dose 1-2
Medium 3-5
High 6+ (1/2 gummy’s )
Full trip : A box of gummy +
